Global contraction?(What is the reason of this virus?)

A necessary contraction,                                   CONTROL
of our American economy and the global effects of this Wuhan virus (They call it Covid).
What is really going on in the world today?                  CONTROL
We're 5 months into this new year of 2020, and "nobody saw this coming".  A contraction of our great economy with record numbers for unemployment and stock market gains, etc.  
All within the last couple of years, and then suddenly a plug was pulled and down the drain it all went!  All because of a 'virus' from east Asia  (China)   Spread by contraction, person to person.
Hmmm, so what is really happening?  One thing is certain; so many new implementations locally(state-governed) shutdowns of businesses, restaurants and the dine-in abilities.  Las Vegas, being shut down?  Who would have ever dreamed this could ever have occurred?  
It is possible that all this didn't just happen because of the virus.  It is possible and conceivable to be a pre-emptive assault on so many fronts.  Planned many years ago as a scenario, not long after 9-11-2001                                            CONTROL
If you look closely and pay more attention to all the details in the air (news)  Scary things are emerging from this.   All they were looking for was 'opportunity'.  
Silent weapons, for silent wars.  Now it (the fear) did generate from China, but there was a global agenda at hand. Initially, nothing much was thought of it.  Something contagious similar to the flu, only in ways more deadly to select peoples, and seemingly unstoppable at the time.
Ever since, otherwise successful economies have been reduced to a near stall.  

Seemingly, a select few nations have had minimal impact by all this occurrence(very little overall damage).  China; particularly where it is said to have originated.  Deaths are the focus and being reported nearly everywhere.  Countries are locking down, disrupting global and local travel.  
Fear, panic, and hysteria in some cases.  Opportunists, taking advantage of the whole dire situation. Hoarding essential, even non-essential commodities.  Animal livestock, dairy all being wasted with no where to sell(less the demand).  Certain countries enacting initiatives to 'track and isolate' citizen peoples of their land.  What is going on?

I do not understand why the various government entities would want to further the vaccine expectation for federal employees, private or otherwise.  It only tells me that this agenda is more about...  You guessed it:  CONTROL.  You decide for yourself.
